Services & Billing
When working on custom projects for clients, we typically bill at a rate of $60/hr. This makes it simple and easy to track rates and charges as the project progresses. Before starting a project, I will typically provide an estimate for the number of hours needed to complete the agreed-upon project. As I work, I will provide routine updates on my progress and adjust my estimate accordingly so there are no surprises when you receive your bill. Whether we decide to bill all at once at the conclusion of a project or on an ongoing basis will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Here is a table containing pricing estimates for some imaginary projects:

Turnkey Sites
Need a simple website to get your business off the ground without breaking the bank? Take a look at turnkey sites! These are simple websites that can be set up and delivered to you overnight, with out-of-box features designed to help you establish yourself online fast. They are built from a pre-built site theme, and can include support for any of these common features:

Turnkey sites are a great option if your business wants to get off the ground with a new website quickly without large upfront costs. The included features and prebuilt theme gives you access to high-powered features and a sleek design at a fraction of the cost of custom web development. And, your site will be 100% compatible with any custom features you contract with us for in the future, should you choose to do so.
Details
Turnkey sites will come online within 24 hours of the initial setup fee of $20 being received. In order to qualify for a turnkey site, you must host the site with us using one of our hosting plans detailed below.
Hosting and Support
We also offer a comprehensive suite of site hosting, maintenance, and support services to provide ongoing support to our clients. These services are designed to enhance the security, performance, and accessibility of your site.
Web Hosting
This is our flagship service, and it is a prerequisite for all other hosting and maintenance services. Your website will be hosted in a secure, isolated environment on our high-performing cloud servers, with 5GB of disk space. This service is billed at a rate of $35 per month.
Extra Storage
For sites that require extra storage, we offer support. For every 1GB of storage beyond your initial 5GB, add $2 per month to your plan. Inquire for more information.
Priority Security Monitoring
This add-on to our site hosting plan adds periodic security checks to your site support plan. We will monitor your site for signs of malicious activity, and keep your plugins up-to-date so that hackers can find no vulnerabilities on your site. This adds $10 per month.
Domain Management
If you want to avoid the hassle of managing your own domain, this is the option for you. We will handle all the details of managing your domain, from setting records to renewing your subscription. You are always free to request that we transfer the domain from our custodianship to yours, and we will honor the request! Adds +$5 per month, plus the yearly cost of your domain (varies by domain).
Database Backups
For ultimate piece of mind, consider database backups. This is the ultimate protection from ransomware and injection attacks. We will take complete backups of your site database, so that in the case of an unfortunate incident, your valuable content and data can be recovered. We can perform backups on a yearly, biyearly, 4x a year, or monthly basis, and they are $200 per backup (for larger databases, this number may increase).
